Any advance payments made for lessons (including gift vouchers) are strictly non refundable.

I require a strict 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a lesson regardless of the situation. If 48 hours notice is not given, I will need to require payment for the missed lesson. It is also standard procedure for any lessons not needed, ie holiday, to give notice at least a week in advance.
